Technical Corrections and Conforming Changes

H.R. 1777 (PDF) - The bill includes technical corrections and conforming changes to the Higher Education Act (HEA), as well as a provision to suspend the federal Parent PLUS Loan auction pilot program.
H.R. 384 (PDF) – A bill, introduced Jan. 22, to reform the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP) and ensure accountability under the program. It was referred to the Committee on Finance.
