Third Higher Education Extension Act of 2006 (THEEA)

The Third Higher Education Extension Act of 2006 (THEEA) was signed by President Bush on Sept. 30, 2006. THEAA addresses ELT relationships, student loan cancellation for survivors and victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, and the guaranty account maintenance fee.
